A person from White Castle Roofing got back to me, but she could not give me any information about roofing materials, because that was not her job, believe she was in marketing, or something, but it was not in roofing. Asked some questions and because she could not answer them and I would not approve anyone going on my roof to see it, without questions being answered, I was dismissed from them and wished well... If whomever answers the request for information, can not answer the questions, why are they answering any requests via Angie's List. I ask questions because I want to know and I will need the approval of my insurance company... very disappointed in Angie's List and White Castle Roofing

EXCELLENT COMPANY! Everyone was punctual - from the estimator, to the crew. They did a great job of communication at every step of the way. The job was quality work, and they spent a lot of time making sure the yard was cleaned of nails and other debris before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and would definitely use them again! Additionally, about two weeks after the roof was complete I had someone from a painting company out to bid on repainting my windows and exterior doors. The estimator pointed out a very small area of siding damage on the top floor that I hadn't noticed. I took a photo of the damage, emailed it to my contact at the White Castle Someone from White Castle was out the following day to measure and arrange to replace the small area of damage. They stand behind their work!

They came out and inspected, then sent us a quote for the repairs needed the next day. The price was lower and the explanation was better than the competition. They came and did the repairs without notifying me when they would be there, so I didn't know they had done anything until I got the bill. I inspected the work and found it to be a little lacking. I contacted the guy who inspected it, and had him come back out to see what I was talking about. He is sending his roofer back out to complete the repair. When it is complete, I will be happy to use them again. Still have not had their commercial roof crew out to fix the rubber roof portion. Hopefully it is before it snows.

The contractors they used to do my roof were sloppy. They also damaged a couple of my composite deck boards that had to be replaced. It was a hassle getting that work done due to finding a person that would do the work at a decent price. A couple valleys also had to be redone. I'm hoping all is okay, but only time will tell. Gutter install seemed to go okay. When I put up Christmas lights, I noticed the drip edge was also a sloppy installation. Overall not impressed with the roofing installation.

We scheduled an appointment - they were very busy so had to wait a few days - and then received a quote a couple of weeks later. By then we had already had the problem fixed for a third of the quoted price.

Once we got the email address problem straightened out, things went great. I received the estimate but due to the time of year waited until spring to do the work. They have since finished the work and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with how fast the work was done. I was also impressed with the solution to a problem with a roof on a sunroom. They used an idea that I had not thought of before. They were also able to use a product that I had previously bought but due to health issues could not do it myself.

Honestly my reason for calling them in the first place was because the shingles were deteriorating to a point where they were unrecognizable. So they originally came to do an estimate for me and ended up being the cheapest of the three companies that came to estimate. So as I selected them to do the work, they came and finished it in a matter of hours, not even a whole day and the whole thing was done very well as they replaced even all the metal vents which was part of the package. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Very happy with their work. They removed old shingles, patched in old box vent holes, and installed new ridge vents. From the very beginning they were very informative and answered all questions and concerns. The crew was very professional and kept the area clean as they worked. It was breezy and they kept on top of any materials from blowing around. The crew was very friendly. Did a great job of cleanup after the job. Did a followup a couple of weeks later to make sure all was well and that they did not miss any cleanup. I really appreciated that. They did a great job. I plan to check with them for other services such as gutters in the near future.

I asked for quotes through Angies List from three different roofers in Lincoln and only Whitecastle responded. It took them a little while to respond, but when they did, they came out and gave me an estimate. I was able to supply the shingles which saved some money, They did an excellent job and my roof looks great.

We've had water issues around our chimney so I called to see if we needed to replace the flashing and thought we might even need a new roof. They came out promptly and told me our roof still had some years left in it and that the chimney itself was the problem, not the flashing. The concrete cap on the top of the chimney had some cracks and water was getting in and deteriorating the bricks. We replaced the brickwork from the roof line up and the cap and then called White Castle back to do the flashing. They were GREAT with communication and Jose did an excellent job installing the new flashing. I appreciated their honesty and would certainly use them again.

White Castle spent much of a day here. White Castle staff had to replace a rafter another contractor had removed and covered over to hide their mistake. We learned about the error when we were on the roof and it sprang like a mattress. White Castle fixed the mess another contractor left. They did excellent work and left the work site perfectly clean - you could not even tell they were here. We were very impressed and would use them again.

They showed up on time like Zach said they would. The workers were courteous and professional. After they were done on the roof, they cleaned up my yard. They did the entire job in one day. I got 6 estimates from various contractors. All of them were very polite and curteous. White Castle was about 8% lower in cost on comparable materials and labor. Jason was a good guy to work with. He showed me good, better, and best, and they did what they said they would do.

The roof work was done on time and the workers did an excellent job with the roof and cleaning up afterward. The gutter work was done very well but had a glitch with the scheduling. We are also having WCR replace out siding and we are waiting for a date.

House roof sustained damage from a tornadic thunderstorm. I contacted 4 different companies to acquire bids to replace the roof. White Castle was the first in assessing the damage and providing a quote. Right from the very first contact I had a very positive impression in how they conduct their business. Everything was spelled out clearly right from the beginning. And when I received the written bids via email from the various companies, White Castle's was the most complete in every regard. It was all laid out in a way that was very easy to understand. The email listed the links to the different shingle manufacturers and the shingles they recommended. Again very clear and concise. Despite a very busy time with storm damage the new roof was completed within 10 days of my accepting their bid. The resulting work was finished in a day and everything was perfect. They bring a dumpster right to the house so that cleanup is easy during the iinstallation. They have positive references fully bonded and insured and have excellent employees that obviously put customer satisfaction first. Their communication is excellent. Every email or call was answered without delay. If you live in the Lincoln area and need a roof installed then this company should be the first to call. I also want to single out Andy who was the first person I contacted and he was excellent. White Castle did a great job for us and our house!
